These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Refkart.shop (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Reflekt Vision OPC Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at 115 DLF Cybercity, Infosity, Chandrasekharpur, Patia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751024, India. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Account registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@refkart.shop.
3. Products, pricing, and availability
We strive to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel orders, including after an order has been submitted. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders, payment, and acceptance
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment (for physical products) or deliver the license key (for digital products). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability). Payments are processed via Stripe; we do not store full card details on our servers.
5. Shipping (physical products)
We ship physical products within the United States. Shipping times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Digital products and license keys
Digital products (such as antivirus software, internet-security suites, and other software subscriptions) are delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed. License keys are also stored in your account for later retrieval.
Digital products are non-refundable once the license key has been delivered. This is industry standard for software activation keys. See our Refund Policy for exceptions (defective key, duplicate key already used, etc.).
By purchasing a digital product, you also agree to the end-user license agreement (EULA) of the software publisher. We sell genuine retail digital licenses sourced through legitimate channels.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, code) is owned by Reflekt Vision OPC Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian, U.S., and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Brand names (HP, Canon, Logitech, Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names solely to identify products we sell. We do not claim affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by these brands unless explicitly stated.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law, infringe rights, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, interfere with site operation, or engage in fraudulent activity.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflekt Vision OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reflekt Vision OPC Private Limited, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India under the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section restricts U.S. consumers from exercising rights granted by U.S. state or federal consumer-protection laws.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
