Shipping Policy

Refkart.shop is operated by Reflekt Vision OPC Private Limited. We ship physical products to addresses within the United States — all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. Digital products are delivered instantly by email and do not require shipping.
Physical-product shipping methods & costs
All prices below are in USD.
- Standard shipping — $9.99 (5–10 business days via USPS or UPS)
- Express shipping — $24.99 (3–5 business days)
- FREE Standard shipping on orders $99 or more
Digital-product delivery
Antivirus software and other digital products are delivered by email within minutes of payment. No shipping is charged for digital-only orders. License keys are also stored in your account at /account/orders for later reference.
Order processing
Physical orders placed on business days (Mon–Fri) are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Logged-in customers can also track orders at /account/orders.
Sales tax
U.S. sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.
Delays
Carrier delays (weather, holidays, peak season) and customs processing may impact delivery times. Estimated delivery windows begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing 48 hours after the marked-delivery date, contact us at support@refkart.shop and we will assist with the carrier claim.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Address changes can only be made before an order ships.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO
Standard shipping is available to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Express shipping requires a physical street address.
International shipping
We currently ship physical products only within the United States. Digital products can be activated by customers worldwide using the activation links provided by the software publisher.
