- Information you provide directly — name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number, payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
- Information collected automatically — IP address, device, browser, operating system, pages visited, referring URL, time on page.

6. International data transfers
Because Reflekt Vision OPC Private Limited is based in India and our customers are primarily in the United States, your information is transferred internationally and stored/processed in India and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer. We require all service providers to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality.
We comply with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and apply equivalent protections to U.S. customer data.
7. Data retention
We retain order records for at least 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 9).

We use industry-standard security including TLS/SSL encryption in transit, bcrypt-hashed passwords, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
9. Your privacy rights (United States)

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
