Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states plus Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $9.99 and arrives in 5–7 business days. Express shipping is $24.99 (2–3 business days). Standard shipping is FREE on orders of $99 or more.
How long does processing take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe Link. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card details on our servers.
Can I return my order?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging and condition. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product is sourced from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. We do not sell gray-market or counterfeit goods.
Do you offer a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties apply per the brand. Most products carry a 1-year limited warranty. Reach out and we will help you process a warranty claim.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Logged-in customers can also view tracking at /account/orders.
Do you charge sales tax?
U.S. sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.
