Digital Products & License Keys
How Refkart.shop sources, delivers, and supports digital purchases.
We sell genuine retail digital licenses for antivirus and internet-security software. This page explains exactly how that works so you know what to expect before you buy.
What you receive when you buy a digital product
- An email sent to the address you provided at checkout, containing the license key and the activation URL.
- The same key stored in your account → orders page, so you can retrieve it any time.
- A receipt and order confirmation.
Delivery is typically instant — within a minute or two of payment confirmation. If you haven't received the email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact support@refkart.shop.
How we source our license keys
Every key we sell originates from one of:
- Direct purchase from the software publisher's authorized distribution partners.
- Bulk retail digital licenses from authorized resellers and distributors.
- Educational or volume-licensing channels where permitted by the publisher's terms.
We do not sell keys obtained from unauthorized secondary markets, leaked beta channels, or pirated sources. If a key ever fails to activate, we replace it free of charge or refund the full purchase price (see "Refunds" below).
Activation
Each digital product page lists the activation URL (for example, Norton activates at norton.com/setup, McAfee at mcafee.com/activate, etc.). The activation flow is:
- Sign in to (or create) an account at the software publisher's site using the email you used for purchase.
- Enter the license key from the email we sent you.
- Download and install the software on your device(s).
If you can't get past activation, send us a screenshot of the error message and your order number to support@refkart.shop — we'll work with the publisher on your behalf.
Refunds and replacements
Digital license keys are non-refundable once delivered, because once we send the key to your email it cannot be retrieved or resold. This is the industry standard for software activation keys (the same policy applies at Best Buy, Office Depot, Amazon's digital downloads, etc.).
Exceptions — we will refund or replace if:
- The key fails to activate at the publisher's site and the publisher confirms the key is invalid.
- You received a duplicate key that was already activated before delivery to you.
- We delivered the wrong product.
For exceptions, contact support@refkart.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a screenshot of the publisher's activation error.
Subscription length
All antivirus subscriptions we sell are 1-year terms unless otherwise stated on the product page. Renewal is handled by the software publisher directly — we do not auto-renew or charge you again after the 1-year period. You can renew through the publisher's site or buy a new key from us.
Trademarks & brand names
Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, and similar product names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names solely to identify the products we sell. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these brands unless explicitly stated.
